Introducing Bonhomie’s first wine in our private line ~ Evangeline Grüner Veltliner. We’ve partnered with Austrian winemaker Lisa Weinwurm, who vinifies the wine together with her husband, Georg, their young daughter Hannah who actively helps throughout the winery and baby Paul (expert grape taster!). Their winery is situated in the wine growing heart of NE Austria – the famous Weinviertel, where they are focused on making wines with a distinct flavor profile. Grown in deep loess soils, mixed with loam and gravel and plenty of bright sunshine, this is a classically styled Grüner Veltliner with finesse and elegance ~ The perfect ‘all rounder’ on the table. As wine has been a living culture in Austria for more than 2000 years, it’s a wine for any occasion celebrating the Good Life.
