What is Edelweiss to Austria?

The flower is an iconic legend in the countries of Austria, Switzerland, and Germany, where it grows at the high altitudes of around 5,900 to 9,800 feet in rocky limestone. This flower itself is a symbol of the wild and rustic beauty of the Alpine mountains in Northern Europe.

Zweigelt Rose

100% Zweigelt from 25 year old vines in loam/loess, layers of gravel. Fermentation in stainless steel tank, skin contact for 8 hours and rests in tank 6 months. RS – 2.4 g/l, acitidy – 5.6 g/l
